I am a really hard working person, who always gives their best in everything i do, i try to achieve my goals and make sure i dont give up easily, and finish the work i was given to do.
I mostly reach out to work as a babysitter/child minder, as i am really good with children and i also have an open heart towards them, and i try to learn with them and help them whenever i can and whenever its possible, as children can teach us a lot through their actions.
I would never hurt a child, as i do not believe abuse will teach the child anything only they would lose my trust, although if the rules are broken, i do not give heavy punishments but i do have a couple of ways which i think help the child think through their actions which are:
Naughty step/naughty corner
Time out
Calming time
Thinking through your bad behaviour alone.
Each punishment is set for the amount of minutes as the child is old. E.G: 3 years of age, 3 minutes punishment.
I also will go along with the punishments the parent applies to raise their child.
I obey the rules that go with the house, and will respect you and your decisions. If there would be any need to cook for your children, i can most certainly do this, and i will try my best to cook something you all like.
I have looked after children since the age of 12 and i try to be there for them, help them, learn with them, and in general look after them. I mostly look after my cousin who's 4 years of age, on the weekends, teach him, eg letter learning, book reading, spellings and do his homework with him.

Please bare in mind that i am a 14 year old and study and might not be able to do fulltime/full day work, but most certainly i will help after school and payments can be negotiable, as for the time i can work fullday as i do not study, just for now.
