I am Lauren , a 16 year old who has the desire and ability to look after children from 0-15, I have always wanted to take the step into this profession as I have a brother that is on the autistic spectrum and this has inspired me to work with children as everyday is different.
I also had work experience as a classroom assistant when I was in high school I helped the teacher with around 18-20 pupils at the age of 6-7. I helped them with spelling, literacy and numeracy and also made up games for them to make it more fun.
