I am 22 and currently work in a special needs setting (qualified NVQ level 2 support teaching and learning in schools, just finishing my level 3) which is closely linked with a mainstream school. I provided 1:1 care within the school and I am comfortable to deal with children who display behaviours in public. I am able to use MAKATON to communicate and have a full enhanced DBS check. I am confident and comfortable to carry out personal care and/or support.

I also provide 1:1 support every Saturday for a 9 year old non-verbal boy providing access to different activities of his choice and supporting his independence in those places.

I love to be outdoors or taking part in any sports, horse-riding, swimming, walking, trampolining (rebound therapy trainer qualified).
