I am confident competent and compassionate in working within childcare and education

Further education and training is something I have always enjoyed as it enables me to work more efficiently and safely within a work environment.
I have qualified as an NVQ assessor in childcare in order to build and broaden my career, and am currently working towards my key skills level two qualification in maths.

This is due to finish in July 2017, this will not hinder my work ability but will educate me further in my field as a childcare worker.

I look positively at new challenges and not afraid to ask for help when required, but also enjoy educating others, whether they are colleagues, children or members of the public.

Sense of pride is found within myself when new challenges and experiences have been received and I always seek to learn something new to make my life a more interesting place.

I am a generally happy person and like to ensure everyone around me is settled within their day

I have a lot of experience in working as a teaching assistant, deputy manger of a nursery setting, nursery nurse, nanny, 1;1 support with additional needs including deaf, diabetic and autism, also have experience as a care assistant.
