Zoe, occasional childcare - ST4 Stoke-on-trent

My name is Zoe, im currently in my second year of Childcare and Education Level 3, with this I have gain lots of experience with different aged children, I worked for a charity as a play worker for Special needs children and adults, which was a big part of my life, unfortunately I have recently been made redundant with troubles of running the charity, but am still wanting to work within childcare/caring. I have much more experience with children and teens with special needs, from placements within special schools, I have also volunteered at local nurseries and mainstream primary schools which I enjoy as part of my education course. I also have experience, high understanding and show a caring role through one of my siblings been severely disabled (pmld), helping him daily with care routines. I have qualification's of Health and Social Care, Level 3, a safeguarding certificate Level 1 and completed paediatric first aid. I thrive and love the feeling of reward through supporting children and knowing that I have been apart of this, I have experience with difficult behaviours and have lots of patience for children's needs. I have lots of time and energy and enjoy games and activities, I also have a high understanding of children's learning and development.
