I need someone who can do nursery pick ups and look.after my child for two hours in afternoon

I do bank work in a nursing home, so i may get told last minute to go into work so i would need some help with my daughter whilst i am at work, would need someone to pick her up from nursery at 11:45 and look after her till 2:30 please
