I am looking for somebody to work with my daughter, who is in year 5 three times a week. The role would involve a mixture of relationship building, helping her with her homework, in particular with follow through and routine structure, supporting her with her 11+ for English and Maths and assisting her with her violin practice. My daughter is also on the assessment path to ASD and ADHD. She is delightful and full of beans and very verbally articulate making her great fun. However, though she wants to do the 11+ and also wants to get better at the violin, she is struggling to be motivated to do the relevant work needed. Establishing routines with her for me is difficult, and I think that she partly needs a change of face during the week, someone who is independent from her parents to help her. There might be picks up involved as well.
