My name is Fathima Ushama and I live in the Stoney Stanton area of Coventry. I come from a Sri Lankan background and I am fluent in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
I was inspired to become a childminder by my mother, who has worked in childcare for many years. I also gained valuable experience working as her assistant, which helped me learn the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care. Following in her footsteps, I decided to offer a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-from-home environment where children can explore, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
