Marta, professional childminder in Islas Baleares

My name is Marta , I am 24 years old and I’m from Xàtiva, Valencia.
I have studied to be a primary school teacher. Also I am instructor of a group Scout for 4 years, this has enriched my practice and my dealings with students.
First of all I think education have to transmit a series of values, and permit the stuients and the teachers to grow together. Making them people with a critical view, creative and collaborative, enabling them to face the world in a satisfactory way.
On one hand, I am very committed to what I do and the people who I have to my side, I think this is very important value to be transmit in education.
Empathy is another important characteristic in me, I use to get in the place of another.
In the classroom, when my students have problems I can understand their position and give them the support needed.
On the other hand, I am a very active and creative person, so my students would enjoy my clases because they will be dynamic and participatory. They will have several
opportunities for exchange experiences among themselves and with me.
In my classes there will be many enriching tasks , which will make them a social and
collaborative persons.
Finally, I would say I've always been a very athletic person, I like the nature and healthy life. I think this is important because if you feel appreciation for something, it
is easier to transmit that to your students, even unconsciously. Therefore, In my classroom it will be important to has a healthy lifestyle.
In conclusión, I try to educate through collaboration, creativity, empathy and a critical
view among other values, which I think are necessary for a student to properly grow.
