I'm TJ. I'm an outgoing, hardworking author who currently lives in England, working on a novel, with one short story and one poem published into physical books (Foyle Young Writers Anthologies), whilst other works have been released or held to critical review elsewhere. I had my first text published at thirteen, and my second at sixteen. I organised, managed, edited, and produced a regular school magazine for several years. I have spent a lot of my time researching and presenting coursework projects at college – one of which was an in-depth exploration and scrutiny of how Tim Burton's unofficial partnership with Johnny Depp has influenced Depp's career over the years, and another of which was forming the backbone of my novel in the context of an Extended Project Qualification project, amongst others.
I also single-handedly planned, researched, organised, booked, and supervised several excursions for small groups of people to places like Rome (Italy), Glasgow (Scotland), Venice (Italy), London (England), and Athens (Greece), and I have also traveled to Marbella (Spain), Paris (France), Lille (France), and countless places up and down the UK. I leave for Italy this September, and am going to just keep travelling and volunteering for as long as I can.
I grew up in a pub in the heart of the English countryside, and spent a lot of my free time either helping my father work on the village engines (cars, tractors, etc), reading, going on hiking/camping trips, and lending a helping hand to the local farms.

I just want to find a way of life that takes me to incredible places and people across the globe. I want to meet people who enjoy music, literature, laughing, and philosophical debates - people who just appreciate the perks of life in general. I don't want to look back on my life when I'm sixty and regret that I didn't 'do that', 'go there', and 'meet them'.

I worked as a Performing Arts supervisor and voluntary teacher for about a year and a half at an after-school club, and enjoyed it immensely. I also have a lot of experience looking after my nephews (now 7 and 15) over the past few years.

I have a professional but warm personality, and enjoy spending time with children. I could teach the kids about history, film, literature, English language techniques, and sociology, whilst also making sure they have a great time and always have smiles on their faces. I have spent a lot of time camping in the past, too, and adore to swim. I enjoy cooking and eating healthy food, and finding spiritually calming and enjoyable pleasures in life, as well as playing badminton and writing creatively. I'm a pretty good cook, and I love to experiment in the kitchen, giving my own twist to classic dishes like madras curries, creamy pastas, and chilli con carne. I also like to bake cookies, and am especially good at baking hearty bread. I would like to help cook dinner or lunch for the people I stay with - provided you don't mind letting me loose on your kitchen!
Ideally, I'd want to have some time off to explore the local areas, but I have no problem with how much I work a week. Where I am a patient, fun-loving, smiley woman, I think I would be an excellent choice to look after your children and spend time with your family.
