Hi, my name is Daljit but i prefer to be called DJ. I am a care assistant but i want to change my career to looking after children/baby sitting duties.

My previous jobs have taught time how to care for the elderly as well as duties like changing nappies/pads, feeding and bed changes etc. however, this career i feel i want to focus more to child care as i feel will help me gain more confidence, enthusiasm, motivation and fun with children and parents with looking after your children.

I like speaking to the relatives and parents to get to know the baby/ child. I will be able to get to know the child better from the parents if i knew their routine try obtain the same routine that they would have at home.
I love my child and we do everything together, where i live in Wellingbrough we can go down to the embankment feed the ducks, go to the fun fair, go to the wet play area in the summer and see the boats on canal. We can also go to the shops where i have great access to the links into town or just hang out i my flat where i have lots of toys and paints to play with. We love to cook and we make cookies, biscuits, cup cakes etc.

i am also first aid trained and have previous and basic training on wound care, CPR trained on adults and children. This is all up-to-date.

At some point in the future i would like to do my NVQ level 2 in child care and then progress my level 3 too.
