Filsane, registered childminder in Enfield

I am a bilingual (French) Ofsted registered childminder with 17 years childcare experience. With my ample experience and nurturing nature, I am able to stimulate children to reach their full potential. I take enormous pleasure in seeing children learn and realise things for the first time and have bundles of energy to support them. I am still in touch with all the children I have cared for and are a big part of my life. I am proud to say that all my parents regard me highly and work hard to keep this up. I am a bilingual(French) Btec qualified childminder with 17 years childcare experience. I have always spoken in French to all the children I have cared for and am proud to say that they are all bilingual now. I have cared for children from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have been interviewed by " the Times newspaper" in regards to bilingual Nannies which i am more than happy to show. I have also been awarded runner up "Nanny Of The Year 2008". I am confident and comfortable around children. I have also done some proxy parenting over the years. Caring for children is not just a job for me, but is a big part of my life. I take so much pleasure in childcare and enjoy its many rewards. I have a valid CRB and a First Aid certificate. I am also Ofsted registered. I have a clean, pet free home with a big, secure garden. I treat children with consideration and respect their individuality. My priority is to ensure that the children are safe, secure and stimulated to reach their full potential. I am proud to say that I have always had a very good open communication with all my parents and therefore have always had the best outcomes of their child's developmental stages. I follow the EYFS to observe, asses and record each child's development. My Daily routine with the children is to go to a playgroup, children's centre or library in the morning to encourage social skills, awareness of their surrounding and get some excercise. Most afternoons are spent at home playing educational games to practice their numbers, letters, colours, shapes, sizes and play in the garden.
