Hello my name is Nirushiya. I live in West Ewell with my young family of four. I am also a mother for two boys aged seven and five.

I am a qualified childminder and regisetred with Ofsted. I like being a childminder. I enjoy being part of the growth of young children and admire their energy, innocence and honesty. Everyday is new beginning for me with the kids and exciting not only for me but for the children in my care too. I feel that life with children is full of learning as there is just so much to learn from children from different background. I take the children to parks, playgroups, soft plays and we love a good nature walk too in all kinds of weather.

I work hard to cater for you as a parent and to give you what you want and need for your children. I offer a friendly, stimulating, caring and safe environment for toddler and young children. I provide a range of activities, books, toys and games including taking the children on outings to parks, library and children’s centers.

I am an enthusiastic, caring, responsible and creative person, who loves working with young children. I understand that each child is an individual and therefore each child will have different needs and learning development. I love watching them play and develop. Every child is unique and grows at their own pace. I feel this is important and have set up my home to make sure they can achieve their potential as best as possible. I have also made sure that my home is a safe, secure, a conducive environment and in a good atmosphere.

I am a great believer in working in partnership with parents to achieve a great working relationship. To do this, i will provide a daily diary and will briefly discuss the children’s daily activity and progress with parents at the end of the day.
