I am confident, passionate and determined to be time productive and for this reason I desire to work to learn and gain more experience. I am a hard-working and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working alongside a team, yet I am capable of working independently and can deliver and maintain high standards of work. I like to complete all my tasks set but also keen to learn new tasks and very good at timekeeping/time management.

I worked in America as an Au pair for six months in Connecticut, United States of America from March to September 2017. I cared for two very young children from the age 3 months and 22 months for 45 hours per week, plus overtime when necessary, and had many duties and responsibilities such as planning out activities on a daily basis, preparing meals, getting the children ready for the day, attending to them when they are ill, taking the 22 month to playgroup, plus laundry and much more. I have a lot of time and patience for children and understand all their aspects of their wants and needs. I have had plenty of experience in childcare settings. I did lots of arts and crafts with the 22 month, plus many fun activities. For example; going to parks, beach, aquarium, museums, anywhere to keep the children busy and expand their minds and talents.

Away from work I have a lot of experience caring for children as I have younger siblings, baby cousins and friends who's children I have cared for years. During my time in America I trained in Heart-saver Paediatrics First Aid CPR AED.
