I helped out in a school called Rastrick Independent School. I worked with 0-3 year olds, references can be provided from the school. I enjoyed playing with the children and helping them learn new things. My favourite experience was teaching a little girl how to walk, it was beautiful to watch her first steps. I have a 5 year old brother who I have helped to look after since he was born so I have experience on what individual needs a child has at different ages. I also worked with up to 12 year olds at Rastrick Independent School. I helped them to read and write. I was also someone who the students could come to if they were upset and didn't want to tell there teacher. I also taught some students basic french if they were a bit behind in class. I take very good care of all the children I meet and I believe it is important to play and learn at the same time. This is in ways such as reading because reading is a brilliant way to open a childs mind to new things. I also have a first aid certificate at ST John's Ambulance.
