My name is Lana I am perfect for your family as I am passionate about children and memories with children are the most cherishable. I believe that I am a hard worker and have been dedicated in each of the roles I have undertaken over the years. I am a fun outgoing person who has a great amount of experience of working with children and thrive on fun and exciting activities which help stimulate them. I come from large family and love the chaos of large family gatherings.

When it comes to children, I myself can be big kid who loves to have fun and play games, but know that they must abide by the rules! I build positive relationships quickly with children which allows me to help motivate and encourage them. I have a Paediatric first aid qualification and a Food Hygiene Certificate. I enjoy spending time outdoors and appreciate the importance of communication, especially when working with children. I believe that the when working with children is to ensure the social emotional and physical wellbeing for all children throughout their time in my care. I am full of energy and enthusiastic and willing to do anything in order to make the children’s day a memorable one through a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities.

As my training was based around childcare, I know the ins and outs of the best way to promote development, how to communicate, how to ensure safety and most importantly different ways to play! The college course I took allowed me to be an active person in 2 Schools, 2 Nurseries and 2 Day care settings and see the different ways to provide care and education to children. Whilst developing my skills by learning from experienced practitioners, expanding my knowledge further. Since then I have worked for an agency moving around different childcare settings within the area providing support.
