My name is Chanel and I am 16years old. I have finished my final year of secondary school and am due to begin a Childcare course at Sandwell college in September 2015. Due to my Mom's illness I have played a vital role within the lives of my younger siblings. I have collected them from school, prepared food, played, helped with homework and story time in bed. I am kind, patient, enthusiastic and hardworking. I enjoy engaging children in fun activities to keep them stimulated as play is an important part of their development.

I have always been very hands on around the home and do not mind completing daily chores. I am a reliable person who aims to excel in any role that I take. My ultimate goal is to continue studying through college to become a nursery nurse or full time Nanny. Any experience within this sector will be greatly beneficial for my future career.
