I am a caring, trustworthy, enthusiastic, approachable, honest, reliable and positive individual. I always put 100% into everything that I do. During the past 8 years of working in different environments I have gained experience in several different areas which include customer service, childcare, adult care, dealing with challenging behaviour, special needs experience, customer care/service, administration work and supporting families within community. During my years in education I have planned, prepared and carried out lessons observed and assessed children and young people. I can confidently work as an individual or as a team as I already do this on a daily basis. Whilst working as a special needs teaching assistant I was also keyworker to several children and young people. This role involved speaking to parent/carers each day, supporting their individual needs. Over the years I have been involved with social services and numerous cases regarding safeguarding issues and children and young people’s wellbeing. I have several years of experience of communicating with children, young people and adults. On a daily basis I communicate with a wide range of people face to face and over the phone. I feel that with my wide range of experience, commitment, willingness to thrive and progress in my career I would be a suitable candidate for any education based position.
