Jowana, baby sitting in Newcastle upon tyne NE1

My name is Jowana, I am 19 years old and love working with children. Although I am young I have a lot more experience with working with children than most people my age. I have just graduated from Newcastle college studying childcare level 3, this required me to go work in nursery's and schools twice a week. I have also worked as a Nanny in the past for a two year old child and have babysat for family members and friends for over 6 years. I feel that in my practice I always for strong bonds with the children and can get onto their level but at the same time make clear boundaries and discipline. I will always find new activities for the children to do with me that will support and enhance their holistic development but in a way they enjoy. I have always had great feed back from my employers and feel very confident in my practice.
