Ilaria came to live with us as our aupair in July of 2015 and I have known her since then. We had a girl of seven, now eight and a boy of four, now five. She fitted in instantly with the family, being sociable and pleasant but also discreet giving us space and enjoying her own privacy. She immediately made an effort to make friends in Liverpool and soon had a busy social life. Ilaria was easy to be with from day one, always very positive and cheerful with never a grumble or awkward moment.
