My most hard challenging role in my professional career is the time I worked in a sen school. I believe this shaped my understanding and skills to work with children with different needs and abilities.

Although my working history has been mainly in the NHS, I have 20+ years experience in caring for children, both on a one to one basis and also in a small group.
