Audrey, childcare in Colchester

I am currently an International Relations Undergraduate student at the University of Essex. I am presently looking for employment in babysitting and part-time care. (between July - September)

I grew up as the oldest of 4 children in my family and spent most of my time taking care of my younger siblings; I would also help out around the house. Throughout high school, I often took care and babysat my youngest sister who is ten years younger than me whenever my parents went abroad.

Another way I was involved and had practice with children was as a school peer mentor for two years. The task involved mediating and acting as a liaison between student and adults to solve the conflict at hand using 'restorative practice technique'.

I am eager to learn, and if given the chance, I can showcase that I can, in fact, adapt quickly to new surroundings and tasks assigned.
