I need my child to be picked up at 5 pm from her nursery and stay in the house till 8.30 pm

Nanny needs to pick my daughter up, ftom nursery at 5pm and bring her back home get her changed feed her amd put her to sleep. She sometimes sleeps on her own or refuse not to sleep. Im looking for a who is reliable, trust able and willing to help me out.
