Our very lovely nanny will have to leave us due to a change in her personal circumstances. We are looking for a new nanny asap.
I live in Earlsdon and I am looking for a nanny to take care of my 20-month-old son. I would need someone for three days a week (Tue-Thurs), which may increase to four. I will be working from home. The position will be for a year with the possibility to extend.
I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, with some knowledge of attachment theory and gentle/positive parenting principles. Current DBS, clean drivers licence and paediatric first aid would be required. NVQ level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification would be desirable but I am more interested in how well the nanny would play and interact with my son.
