She is regularly looked after by other adults in our family (from a young age) so she is happy to be cared for by others with no separation issues. He has been used to this setup with a child minder for the last year, however she has just told us she will stop working after the summer term. We are aware of another family with a son of similar age who are in the same situation given this news and would be great to keep them together if possible.
