Gemma, offer to share a nanny in Aspley guise

I'm returning to work 4 days a week (mon, tues, thurs, fri) in March 2017 and would like to nanny share with a local family. I have a son who's 3 and attends preschool on Mondays and Tuesdays til 3:15pm and a daughter who will be 10 months old.
