Both parents work from home and need the two small children looked after simultaneously one day or two half days a week.
We are looking for someone to play with them at home or go out locally. Eldest has quite severe separation anxiety following a poor experience at nursery.
It is extremely important that anyone who looks after them understands and is willing to use gentle parenting techniques, e.g. Not using rewards or punishments, validating emotions, generally treating children with the same respect as adults. We are happy to give some 'training' in this.
