My name is Aysha I am very interested in a childcare. I have previously done work experience at a school where I have enjoyed working with children. Recently I have completed a CACHE Level 2 Award in support working in schools where I have learnt a lot about children and young people this includes "Child and young person development" "Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people" "Equality, diversity and inclusion in work with children and young people" and "Schools as organisation". As you can see I have expanding my knowledge about children, making me a strong candidate for this position. I love to learn while gaining experience, this is the best way I will succeed. I have my fair bit of knowledge about children, but by giving me the opportunity for this position it will help me put my knowledge into practice.
