Abigail, occasional childcare in Bristol BS3

Hi

My name is abi and I am a 25 year old psychology graduate currently living in BRISTOL.

I have a variety of experience working with children of all ages.

I have had experience tutoring children at both primary and secondary school level so I am able to help with and make more enjoyable the dreaded homework.

I worked in a summer camp America for two summers. Which involved 24 responsibility of large groups of children including meal times, bed times and arranging fun activities for them to take part in. Working at camp I learnt lots of exciting games and activities that can be adapted to be enjoyed by children of all ages.

I also currently volunteer as a guider working with a local brownie unit. This involves working with girls aged between 6 and 10 helping them to not only learn new things through organising the completion of badges but also allowing them to experience new things whilst having lots of fun.

I would be best suited to child are roles that require a mixture of tutoring, taking part in activities and general care.

Due to my working day I am able to fill the awkward time gap between the end of the school day and the end of parents working day (3.30pm-6pm) as well as weekends and evenings if required.

I really enjoy working with children and helping them develop as young people.
