Nanny to drop children to child minders and collect from child-minders to home address.
This could possibly be a full time position with school half term times too.

We are looking for someone who can collect our children from school at 3:20pm, walk them to our home and look after them for a few hours until we return home from work around 6:30pm. We would expect you to be able to prepare them a simple evening meal and encourage them to complete homework were appropriate. If you could help out during the school holidays, this would also be a bonus.
