Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm 22 years old. I have previous experience from nannying for a family with a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old. I have also volunteered for years at a primary school as a support staff member where I developed an understanding of the flexibility required to meeting the unique learning needs of individual children.
